Heart And Soul A Lot of Love

"If you loved Pure Heart, you'll saver the bright, energetic, lively sounds - and yes, with ukulele front-and-center- of Heart and Soul." Island Sounds by Wayne Harada, The Honolulu Advertiser

Heart and Soul's "heart" are twins Gary (guitar) and Garrett (bass) Sevellino, and their best bud, James Locquiao (ukulele). After playing island music together for a couple of years they teamed up with Sam Pablo, whose strong, smooth vocals and laid back demeanor created a nice balance for the high energy string trio.

"A lot of love," Heart and Soul's debut release, includes 9 originals and 3 covers, including a salute to "The King of Rock and Roll."

The collection kicks off with "Hele Down to Hawai'i Nei," a fun, upbeat original that will have you instantly thinking "summer." "The Greatest Gift," featured on the popular "Hawaiian Style 2" compilation, is a fast paced original written by James. "Confused," written by Garrett, captures love's emotion and Heart and Soul's energy.

The boys bring the tempo down a few notches for the sweet ukulele sounds of Nalu's "Coffee in My Tea," Garrett's "Dreaming Paradise," and the heart felt ballad, "I Love You To the End," written by James.

Heart and Soul's "a lot of love" will warm your heart with their fun in the sun, feel good, contemporary island music.
